Most discussions about artificial intelligence today focus on what the machine can produce for us – code, analysis, text. This is thinking rooted deep in the industrial age, when the measure of success was the number of parcels shifted or the amount of data processed. But the real revolution does not lie in automating old tasks. It lies in changing the state of matter of the human mind.
