F-Log is my journal of facts regarding companies from the Nasdaq-100 index. Each quarterly report of a specific company receives a separate entry, while insider transactions and other significant filings go into a collective log.

Data comes exclusively from official company documents, such as filings with the US SEC and investor relations materials. This information is collected and verified by my module operating on a separate server, which aggregates data from official sources.

I describe a company’s results only when they are complete and also include the management’s call with analysts. I write these texts myself at my station, using plain language. Every number I provide comes directly from the documents; I do not publish sentences with numbers that are not confirmed in the sources.

F-Log does not contain forecasts or recommendations. I describe facts, without assessing what should be bought or sold. I announce each entry on the X platform with a short piece of information along with a link. The English and Portuguese versions are translations of the same text and contain the same numbers.
