### Management commentary

Management emphasized that the list of potential long-term customer contracts is very strong and growing, becoming the primary mode of collaboration. According to management, all segments of the flash memory market, including computers, smartphones, and data centers, will grow next year due to increased demand for memory in devices. Management stated that customers underestimated the demand for flash memory to run their infrastructure, and customer demand is strengthening compared to the previous quarter, with no impact from credit issues on the market. According to management, demand for SLC memory represents a more refined approach to system building and is not taking market share from other types of flash memory. Management also expressed the desire to continue operating debt-free while maintaining a very strong balance sheet and investing in the business.
